The challenge
What challenges were you facing prior to using interactive data vizualisations?
Riza was established in early 2020, born in the cloud.
From day zero we agreed at a strategic level to use interactive data visualizations. They would help us provide investors, independent investment agents and financial advisors a better experience interpreting the data.
We understood that the adoption of interactive data visualizations provided us and clients a platform for dynamic exploration, improved engagement and a more user-centered approach to data analysis and communication.

The results
What have been the results?
The results are extraordinary. Firstly, charts in our management letter bring transparency and new insights.
Interactive data visualizations communicate our findings and observations regarding financial management results and perspectives of our products.
In addition, we built a CMS tool for our intranet that integrates with everviz via API.
Riza management area managers can build and deploy their own management letters complete with charts without a developer in the front-end stack to manually update our website.
Charts help the fund’s management team understand areas of strength and weakness. This in turn helps them make informed decisions on enhancing financial operations and communicating the enhancements to investors.
We empowered our people in the core buiensess areas with everviz. Now they can easily create charts for the magement letter. This frees up the technology and marketing teams.
We can firmly say that overall productivity was increased by decentralizing the management letter creation process. This solution allowed us to focus more time on evolving the Riza products.
Has the goal been achieved?
Yes, but we still have some challenges. Here at Riza we believe that if all the goals are achieved then there is nothing to improve, nothing to dare us, and that will never be the case. We are eternally nonconformists, in a good sense.
In our pursuit of excellence, we collaborate giving constant feedback to the everviz team to get an always better solution. This ever-evolving relationship gives us a peace of mind for tackling near- and long-term challenges.
Our relationship with everviz is based on trust and the good results we have achieved together. We recently upgraded our everviz licence to unlock new features such as Company Themes.
How have people reacted?
Enabling business areas to produce their own updated content with interactive charts for our management letters has been a success. Adoption has flown across the teams. We plan to use more features in everviz, including tables.
