We’re thrilled to announce a new collaboration between everviz and SPX Graphics, a step forward for broadcast teams, newsrooms and visual-storytelling workflows.
At everviz, our mission has always been to make interactive maps easy, flexible and production-ready. With SPX Graphics, designers already build TV graphics, playout sequences and full show packages right in the browser. Together, we’re bridging map-creation and broadcast graphics to make visual workflows smoother than ever.
What this partnership enables
With this integration:
The result: broadcast teams can quickly add accurate, branded maps into the news-graphics pipeline; journalists and visual teams can focus on content, not technical complexity.
Any map created in everviz can now appear directly inside the SPX Graphics interface — no extra steps, no losses in quality.
There are two playout modes:
- Embed / HTML Playout: Use the standard embed code from everviz, plug it into SPX Graphics and it plays live (ideal for cloud workflows).
- Local Video Export: Export your map from everviz as a video, then bring it into SPX Graphics for on-premises workflows (perfect for broadcast stations with traditional pipelines).

Newsrooms and production teams must increasingly move fast breaking stories and creating interactive visuals. By combining everviz’s map-creation ease with SPX Graphics’ browser-based playout environment, we remove friction. A map created by any team member can now slot into the broadcast graphics stack.

Looking ahead
We’re excited to continue innovating with the SPX Graphics team. They are forward-thinking, collaborative, and deeply tuned to production workflows. As a next step, we’re exploring support for the OGR Broadcast Format (OGraf) standard, an open specification backed by the EBU, with SPX as one of the founding members, and designed to make HTML graphics compatible with broadcast and post-production systems.
